Painted less than a year after his death, this portrait captures the decadence of The Kings' declining years -- bloated and ashen, chewing on a table leg or book spine or whatever that thing is. Appropriately, I found this painting a day before the 25th Anniversary of Elvis' death, during all the media frenzy about that event.
