Here's one of the smaller ovens that they use for patio or backyard barbecues. It has a meat capacity of 100 lbs. (the horse shoe is a nice decorative touch).

For medium size to large events, they use the behemoths pictured here with a capacity of up to 3,000 lbs. of meat.
