Upping the ante of the gatefold sleeve is the gatefold sleeve with a "peek-a-boo" cut-out on the cover to expose a portion of a picture beneath. The hands-down master of this type of gimmicky packaging must surely be Tommy ("Snuff") Garrett whose elaborate "50 Guitars" record covers feature die-cut holes in the shape of circles, squares, ovals, starbursts, flowers and even the map of Italy.
